How it works
What happens from the moment you strap on the sensors to the data you see after every session.
-
Put Them On. Start
Strap one sensor to each wrist, open the app. After the first time pairing both sensors will connect automatically within a few seconds. Start session and train exactly as you normally would.
-
Train Normally
No targets to hit, no prompts to follow, no screen to watch between rounds. Work the bag, shadow box, run drills - the sensors track everything in the background. You don't change how you train. The product fits around you.
-
See It Live
The app shows a live session while you train - punch count, punches per minute, power, and hand balance. LPI updates in real time, showing how your current output compares to your personal baseline. Glance at it or ignore it. The data records either way.
-
Every Punch Classified
Every strike is recognised automatically - jab, cross, lead hook, rear hook, lead uppercut, rear uppercut. Per hand. In real time. By the end of a session you know not just how many punches you threw, but exactly what you threw.
-
When You Finish
The moment you stop, the full breakdown is ready - output, power, speed, hand balance, punch type distribution, and fatigue index. Every number compared to your previous sessions, not to other athletes. Get report. Save it.
-
Fatigue, Not Just Effort.
StrikeMetric gives you one honest number: how fatigued you actually were at the end of the session. The LPI curve shows exactly when your performance started dropping. Your brain tells you the session was good. The numbers confirm or correct that.
-
Session 1 vs Session 50
Every session is stored and fully comparable. After 10 sessions, your CPI score unlocks - a single number measuring overall quality against your own personal bests. This is what your training diary was always trying to do, done automatically and accurately.
-
AI Coach
After every session, the app generates a structured data summary - power, speed, fatigue, hand balance, and how this session compares to your history. Paste it into any AI assistant and get specific coaching feedback based on what actually happened, not generic advice.
