Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@strikemetric.com before sending anything back - returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend a tracked service as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
