Shipping policy

Shipping is free on all orders worldwide. No additional charges at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Each unit is hand-assembled and tested before shipping. All orders include tracking - you will receive a tracking number by email after dispatch.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 5-10 days within the EU, 7-12 days to the UK, 10-18 days to the US and Canada, 10-21 days to the rest of the world. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Orders ship from Latvia, EU. Buyers outside the EU may face local import duties, which are their responsibility. VAT is included for EU buyers. 🇪🇺 If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU (outside Latvia), you can purchase StrikeMetric sensors at the net price. Simply enter your valid VAT ID at checkout, and the tax will be automatically deducted.

Ensure your shipping address is correct before ordering. Address changes can only be made before dispatch - contact support@strikemetric.com immediately if needed.
